Aircraft acquisition and support
Buying a jet isn’t like picking out a new car—it’s a high-stakes process, and we’ve mastered it. We take full control, managing every step to ensure a seamless experience. Your job? Tell us your wishes and pick your favorite from the options we present. We handle the heavy lifting, so you can focus on planning your first flight. Our services include:

  • Sourcing aircraft that match your specific requirements;
  • Arranging pre-purchase inspections to verify airworthiness and condition;
  • Coordinating viewings for you to see potential aircraft;
  • Negotiating with sellers to secure the best deal;
  • Drafting aircraft purchase agreements with precision;
  • Setting up escrow arrangements for secure transactions.
Aircraft Enrollment, Registration—Turnkey
Large aircraft are not cars, it can't be just flown. A whole structure must be build around the operation of a large aircraft (or any jet for that matter), for safety and compliance. As operator, we are part of that structure, but specific things need to be done for every aircraft:

  • Initial airworthiness review;
  • Handling the registration and Certificate of Airworthiness issuance process with the CAA;
  • Ownership structure setup;
  • Establishing maintenance tracking systems;
  • Development of aircraft-specific procedures, manuals and securing regulatory approvals;
  • Providing crew training tailored to your aircraft’s operational requirements;
  • Establishment of aircraft specific procedures for flight dispatch - enroute/takeoff/landing performance data, airport approvals, etc.
Consulting (AOC matters)
Having established a couple of AOCs both within and outside EASA, we are well-positioned to assist others in doing the same efficiently. We can provide:

  • comprehensive turn-key support,
  • including manuals,
  • personnel,
  • training,
  • operational setup, and
  • CAA liaison.

Your team can then operate completely independently or continue with a level of our support.

It’s important to understand that manuals are only part of the equation; the main component is people—particularly postholders—who act in accordance with the manuals and have the necessary expertise and should be involved in the process from the get go.
Maintenance of Regulatory Compliance, Liaison with the CAA
Compliance isn’t a one-time checkbox—it’s an ongoing commitment. Once your aircraft is registered, we keep it in line with regulations through constant monitoring, audits, and updates to meet new requirements. Geopolitical curveballs? We navigate those too, ensuring you can fly where you want, when you want, no matter what’s happening in the world.
Continued Airworthiness Management
Aircraft needs to be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's and regulatory requirements, meaning inspections made, components replaced or overhauled, etc. All this must be properly controlled, recorded and acted upon. There's also a process involving so called trend monitoring - a fancy way of saying we predict potential issues before they ground you.
Maintenance scheduling and coordination
Liaison and coordination with the maintenance organizations. That involves arrangement of slots, price neogitiation, invoice scrutiny, etc.
Crewing and crew management and coordination
Employing a pilot to fly your family is not the same as hiring a driver. First of all, you need two. Pilots are highly skilled and educated people, but it's not the only important thing, attitude is as important - pilots must be able to cope with unexpected situations, think and most importantly apply common sense (which is called airmanship in our world). Not only we need to find highly capable people, but even after that, we need to train them in accordance with operator's procedures, which usually differ from other operators.

All crews need to be coordinated in order to be at right time at the right place, having rested enough and generally be satisfied with their lives to do their job properly.
Flight crew and cabin crew training as required by the regulations
All the training needed we provide in-house. It includes training for operator's procedures, and also standard training like Dangereous Goods, and most importantly CRM. We do it as necessary, using CBT (Computer Based Training), and personal instruction (in-person or online).
Flight operations
We handle every detail of your flight operations, including:

  • fuel procurement;
  • ground handling;
  • FBO coordination;
  • crew rostering;
  • catering tailored to your tastes;
  • flight dispatch (performance calculations, flight plan filing, etc.);
  • permit coordination;
  • and concierge services for those extra-special requests.

It’s a turnkey operation—your flight is just one call away.

Expense accounting
We keep your finances crystal clear with detailed, transparent accounting. Our online reporting systems let you track every penny in real time, so you’re always in control.
Why Choose Us?
We are you Advocate
Most operators rely on a convoluted chain of “mail forwarders” (agents, brokers, and more brokers), jacking up costs and garbling communication. We cut through the clutter, working directly with suppliers to get you the best price and service.
We Tackle the Tough Stuff
Non-standard issues? Bring ‘em on. We thrive on solving problems other operators dodge, using creative, compliant solutions to make your vision a reality. Within regulatory limits.
Flexibility Is Our Middle Name
We adapt to your needs, whether it’s aviation specifics or business preferences. No cookie-cutter solutions here—just the right fit for you.
Transparency You Can Trust
We are going to be transparent in what we do. At any moment, you will know what is happening and be able to steer the ship in the direction you want within the regulatory limits. Our online reporting systems allow you to control the expenses.
Safety Is Our Core
As ex-airline pilots, we know a thing or two about safety, unlike typical business jet operator. And we apply that in every part of our operation. It doesn't mean there are simply more restrictions, safety is not about that, it's a culture.
Cost Effective
We won’t try to sell you services you’ll never use—our focus is on what you want, done right.
